DP Manifold Misalignment Case 1

Situation
During a field round, technicians reported that alarm behavior and trend did not match plant conditions. The current case focus is: DP signal is unstable after maintenance on manifold valves. Instrument tag PT-2006 is configured for 0-160 kPa.
Field observations
- Local indicator and DCS value disagree by a noticeable margin.
- The transmitter range card shows 0-160 kPa with 4-20 mA output.
- Recent maintenance history indicates tubing/manifold/calibration work in this loop.
