1. Offline-First Architecture & No User Accounts

Industrial Skills Lab is designed as an offline-first educational tool.

We do not require user registration, log-ins, or profile creation.
We do not collect or store personal identifiers such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number during standard app usage.
All educational material, simulators, calculator tools, and practice databases reside locally on your device and operate entirely offline.

2. Information Processed by Firebase SDKs

To help us understand app performance, diagnose software errors, and improve learning materials, the app includes Firebase SDK integration. When your device is connected to the internet, these services may collect and process certain technical diagnostic data:

Firebase Analytics: Processes interactions with the app, screen views, completed lessons, simulator runs, and usage engagement metrics.
Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymized stack traces and crash log metadata when the app experiences an unexpected crash or critical error.
Firebase Remote Config: Retrieves app feature flag statuses and configuration parameters from our servers.

Types of Technical Data Processed

Device configuration such as operating system version and device model
App installation UUIDs and session identifiers
Basic usage metadata such as app version and approximate country or region
Crash telemetry such as line numbers and methods where the failure occurred

Note: No personally identifiable information is associated with these diagnostics. We do not link technical logs to a real identity.

3. Permissions Not Required

The app does not request or use high-risk permissions such as precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, or photo library access.

4. No Data Selling or Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade technical diagnostic data. Telemetry data is used only for application optimization and error debugging with Google Firebase as our infrastructure provider.

5. Security & Safety Recommendations

Do not enter confidential workplace data, sensitive industrial drawings, or real plant operational parameters into the app's learning tools. Do not transmit passwords or sensitive network information when contacting support.

6. Updates to this Policy

If optional features such as user accounts or broader online services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are deployed.
