• The app is not a replacement for OEM manuals, PTW requirements, SOPs, HSE protocols, engineering drawings, or qualified on-site supervision.
• All simulators, loop checks, calibration values, and calculations are conceptual practice tools only.
• You must verify all math, wiring assumptions, and functional logic against certified documents and local site guidelines before working on live systems.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from operational decisions based on the app's educational material.

4. No Proprietary or Confidential Data

• The app is populated with general educational content.
• Users must not input proprietary or company-confidential data into the app's learning tools.
• When contacting support, do not submit drawings, network layouts, or emergency instructions relevant to active industrial plants.

5. Misuse and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the app's source code, databases, lesson materials, or graphics for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
